So what do we recommend?
Of course, every situation is different, and each company’s current system set up and unique needs drive our recommended next steps. There are pros and cons to both on-premise and cloud-hosted CRM and migrating to the Cloud may not be the right choice for every organization. But when it really comes down to it, we typically recommend a migration to the Cloud. Why? For various reasons, but most importantly: because the future is cloud-based. In fact, Microsoft recently announced major organizational changes that sent strong signals to customers, the technology world, and Microsoft partners like BroadPoint that they’re in agreement.
