Select the Right Licensing Options for Your Teams

Whether you have a few users or a few hundred, you're covered with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Financials. Start with only what you need, then expand across your organization. Flexible license options offer access to a wider group for a fraction of what you would expect to pay.

Full Users

Give the “power user” licenses to everyone who needs to be in the system day in and day out to get their jobs done.

Full users have complete access to read, write, edit and update your core financial, accounting and sales information in Microsoft Dynamics 365 based upon roles and business permissions.

Full user licenses are $40 per month per person.

Light Users (also called Team Member)

Light user licenses help extend access to Dynamics 365 to a broader group of people, at a low monthly cost.

They can read, update and collaborate to help do their daily jobs. However, they have restricted editing rights to core information such as financials, purchasing, sales, and inventory.

Consider these licenses for those who need to be “in the know” but don’t need to manage core financial processes.

Light user licenses are $5 per month per person.
