New Features to Help Support Your Needs
iMIS 15.0 includes a streamlined installation process, unified logon administration, and expanded tailoring capabilities. Additional new and improved features are included in modules such as the iMIS Process Manager, Marketing Suite, and Fundraising Suite, as well as many other areas of the product.
A New License Model
In order to convert your license to named users, and therefore be able to upgrade to iMIS 15.0, you will need a new license key. In order to receive a new license key, you must place an order for converting your license.
Full User View
Access to the full spectrum of iMIS functionalityThe full view is your comprehensive access to your iMIS system and incorporates a combination of technologies to give the staff users the richest experience possible with the full feature set of your iMIS system.
Casual User View
Access to limited iMIS functionality. The casual user doesn't need access to every capability of your iMIS system, but does provide some type of service for your organization that requires them to have access on a limited basis. The casual view allows the casual user to view and edit contact information for any contact as well as view events and products that are available to public users through a browser.
Public User View
Access to one's own account. Users who may require this level of access include members, donors, and other constituents. The public view is available to the public user class and represents one of the biggest departures for this release. Public users can self-manage their interaction with your organization and become empowered to do more with you.
A New Way to View iMIS
iMIS 15.0 includes a new browser-based user interface, or view, available to all iMIS customers. This view is accessible by all user types. This means that staff or other users, licensed as Full or Casual Users, can now easily access iMIS via the web. This new view can also be easily integrated into your organization's website to provide online customer management, orders, events, and billing functionality to Public Users. This is an alternative to iMIS e-Series functionality, although iMIS e-Series is compatible with iMIS 15.0.
