The Account Manager will be responsible for selling additional products and services to existing clients, ensure that existing clients’ needs are met and in turn maximize client retention. This individual will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with existing clients to extend the visibility of BroadPoint within the client organization and to build relationships with contacts at all levels. He or she must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating and maintaining satisfied clients.
