Description
The Oracle EBS System Administrator and User Experience SME will perform set up, configuration, gap analysis, requirement review, test scenario and test script development, test execution, and data conversion in an Oracle R12 environment that includes federal accounting and manufacturing modules.
The tasks may include, but are not limited to:
• Set up and configuration of Oracle R12 non-production and production environments
• Conversion of financial and manufacturing data types for SIT, mock conversion, or production set up
• Federal and manufacturing sub-ledger accounting (SLA) design, documentation, and testing
• Functional requirements analysis and documentation
• Gap analysis and review
• Clarification of the functional requirements with appointed functional Subject Matter Experts (SME)
• Development of test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts for SIT using QCB templates and procedures
• Execution of test scripts for SIT
• Continue to provide support as needed to functional SMEs through User Testing (UT)
• Provide status of assigned work to QCB supervisors and manager
• Coordinate technical issues or questions with SMEs and QCB supervisors
• Active participation in status meetings, functional requirements review meetings, design meetings, and unit testing meetings
Requirements
The Oracle EBS System Administrator and User Experience SME will have knowledge and demonstrated experience in the following key areas:
• Oracle Federal Financials R12
• Oracle Manufacturing R12 including: Inventory, Order Management, Warehouse, Bill of Materials (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), Advanced Pricing, Transportation Management (OTM) and Cost
• Oracle E-Business Suite (OEBS) Application
• Oracle Project Costing and Billing
• PL/SQL and SQL
• System Integration Testing (SIT) – writing test scripts and executing test scripts to cover a wide range of functional scenarios in a financial management and manufacturing environment
• Federal and Manufacturing Sub-ledger accounting (SLA)
• Oracle System Security and Administration including: Creation of menus, Creation of roles, Creation of responsibilities and Creation of request groups
