Benefits for BroadPoint employees

• Medical, dental, and vision benefits are provided through the option of an HMO and PPO plan. BroadPoint pays a portion of the premium for each employee. All medical, dental, and vision benefits begin one calendar month after the date of hire.
• Life Insurance of $50,000 is provided for each employee and paid 100% by the company.
• Eight holidays per year, five sick days, and 15 vacation days.
• 401(k) contributions can be up to the IRS maximum, and BroadPoint offers a discretionary match up to  50% of the contribution.
• Corporate training is paid 100% for employee, on an as-needed basis.
