BroadPoint Technologies is pleased to offer its employees, consultants, staff and "friends of BroadPoint" an opportunity to participate in the success of our company and the clients we serve. We've incorporated a referral program which includes bonuses for new Candidate and new Client referrals in our Oracle Practice.
As long as you are not a current BroadPoint company officer, manager or recruiter, you are eligible for the plan.
- BroadPoint will pay $1.00 per billed hour up to a maximum of $1,500 for every qualified professional that is referred to us and placed in a billable or revenue producing position in our Oracle practice. In order to qualify, a candidate referral must not be in our database system, the candidate referral must be aware that his/her name is being given to BroadPoint for possible consideration on a job opportunity and you must speak with us prior to having a candidate submit a resume to BroadPoint.
- BroadPoint will pay $1.00 per every hour billed up to a maximum of $1,500 per a referred Oracle based subcontracting project, when an individual is placed on the new project. In order to qualify, BroadPoint must not be currently aware of the opportunity, have a past relationship or marketing to the specific contact at the organization that has the openings.
- To refer a candidate or a project, simply call the recruiting department at BroadPoint with your referral information and let them know that you would like to place a referral. We will immediately check the system to ensure that the referral qualifies and record the relevant information. We will then assign your referral to the appropriate person in recruiting so that they can start going to work for you! The referral bonuses will be paid on a quarterly basis in the month after the end of the quarter.
- The referral must be legal to work in The United States and be of legal age.
