  1. One of the biggest mistakes is using a low-end solution with manual processes to subsidize it.  This is not a savings; it is a cost center for your employees causing them more frustration, turnover and morphs to a poor work environment.
  2. Not reviewing the complete transaction from supplier, to inventory, to shipping, to customer, to invoicing, to accounting, to commissions with visibility throughout to insure all data is precise and only entered once.
  3.
