What industry/industries do you focus on or like to focus on?
Not for Profit, Unions, Distribution. I would like to focus on health care as that is so dynamic and technology will become more important as time goes on.
What do you see as the next big trend for that industry?
In health care, the headlines are all about coverage and cost. IT can play a significant role on the cost side, especially since health care does not utilize IT in many sectors/practice areas.
What is the first question that you ask someone who is considering a new solution for their organization?

What was a small mistake that you’ve seen an organization make with their systems that had a big consequence?
I've seen a large organization allow one person to decide to change a system (that was working fine) to another system (that has not worked out as well) that cost the organization $250k and climbing. One person should not make a decision like that.
