5 Questions you need to ask yourself about your distribution management right now.

Is your distribution being run efficiently by your current software?  There are several questions you can ask yourself to know if you measure up to your industry.  If you answer “no” to any of the questions below, please contact me, Kyle Kienzle, at BroadPoint as we can help get your systems up to standards.

    1. Do you have visibility into the margins on each transaction?
    2. Are you able to track the entire sales transaction including what came out of inventory, when it is arriving from another vendor, profitability and all shipping information? Are you able to see sales patterns to customers and from the salespeople?
    3. Are you able to allow your sales people to view what is available, the price they need and when it can get to the client to get the deals and maximize profits?
    4. Are you able to electronically exchange information with customers and vendors for quick, efficient and green transactions?
    5. Within a moment’s notice, are you able to answer the current state of your business including receivables, payables, inventory value, where inventory is at and be able to drill into each of the components?

These are basic components of running an efficient system that will help you come out ahead of your competitors as the recession thaws.  To discuss how your system measures up please contact us today!
